Jayne is an experienced Project Manager and Human Resources Specialist with a successful record of working in both public and private sectors.
A skilled strategist and policy maker with a keen eye for detail; Jayne is at her best when planning a new project or organising an event. She thrives on setting up/reengineering processes, policies and systems to maximise the efficient use of resources and customer service.
Jayne is a people person; she is passionate about employee wellbeing and is an advocate for compassionate leadership. Jayne’s peers have commented on her talent to engage stakeholders at all levels, successfully bringing multi-partners together to collaborate on a range of projects.
Jayne has 20 years experience in Human Resource and has led on a number of transformational projects including: talent management programmes; managing large contracts including a £30million agency worker contract; implementing a work-life balance strategy; developing a wellbeing strategy; championing employee engagement by implementing a ‘People Panel’ to harness employee voice.
Jayne combined her love of property with her people skills, setting up her own home-search and destination services company. She had a 100% success record in finding accommodation for expats, many at a senior level; settling them into the local community, into schools and supporting cultural differences, becoming a preferred supplier to a large FTSE 100 company.
More recently Jayne has used her skills to support project leads to get the best outcomes from projects in the higher education sector; working on externally funded projects from start up through to outcome evaluation and all things implementation, in between. The latter projects were externally funded and supported SME’s to be business ready to support University students.
Jayne is passionate about social value, giving back and advocating for others; Jayne was a school governor, including Chair of Governors, for 10 years; trained as a Dementia Champion to facilitate dementia friendly communities and has undertaken a variety of fund-raising activities for cancer charities.
