Currently, Bridget is engaged in a transformative project at AstraZeneca, where she is driving a comprehensive digital transformation of the clinical supply chain. Her role includes conducting in-depth discovery, analysing current and future state ecosystems, and enabling the successful planning and implementation of innovative systems. She is adept at engaging stakeholders, defining benefits, and aligning Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definitions with strategic objectives.

In previous roles, Bridget has led impactful projects such as GDPR compliance for RSPCA and SSE plc, SAP Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation at SGN, and strategy-driven enhancements to case management systems for the Ministry of Justice. Known for her ability to navigate complex environments, Bridget’s expertise in requirements analysis, solution evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration consistently delivers value-driven outcomes.
