David Moore

David Moore is an experienced international business leader and consultant with over 30 years’ experience spanning operations management, supply chain management, procurement, commercial strategy, business development and international market expansion across multiple industries.

David spent approximately 10 years with Henkel Loctite, including serving as Operations Manager with responsibility for 160 employees. During this time, he gained extensive experience in manufacturing operations, operational performance, people management and continuous improvement. His career also includes a senior role with Bayer Diagnostics, where he led initiatives to transition component sourcing from US suppliers to Irish manufacturers, strengthening local supply chains and supplier capabilities.

David has held senior international commercial leadership positions, working extensively across Europe, North America and Africa. He brings significant experience in developing strategic partnerships, supporting SMEs, driving business growth and helping organisations identify and capitalise on new market opportunities.
