Consultancy Services Terms

General Conditions
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at any time if we believe that engagement is not in alignment with our professional standards.
- Consultancy advice provided is based on the information available at the time and should not be solely relied upon for legal, financial, or regulatory decisions.
- We do not provide legal or financial advice unless explicitly stated in a separate contractual agreement.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
- We take confidentiality seriously and agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client-related information.
- Any data shared with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
- Clients agree to handle any materials or documentation received from us with the same level of confidentiality.
Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

- Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. Late payments may result in the suspension of ongoing consultancy services.
- Clients may cancel consultancy engagements as per the agreed cancellation terms. Fees may still be applicable for work completed before cancellation.
Liability Limitation
- We provide consultancy services based on expertise and industry standards but are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the implementation of our advice.
- Our liability, in any case, shall be limited to the total amount paid for our consultancy services.
- We are not liable for the actions of Associates working on our behalf, though we take reasonable steps to ensure they adhere to our professional standards.

- Clients may use provided materials solely for their internal business purposes and may not distribute, resell, or replicate them without prior consent.
Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland for MOAT Digital Life Science and the laws of the United Kingdom (Northern Ireland) for MOAT Ltd.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in their respective jurisdictions.
