About Karina

Karina Todd is a Chartered Accountant and Workplace Wellbeing Consultant with over 25 years of cross-sector experience spanning finance, governance, and cultural transformation. Known for her ability to blend commercial strategy with people-focused change, Karina supports MOAT clients in shaping resilient, inclusive, and high-performing organisations. Her dual expertise in financial leadership and corporate wellbeing brings a unique depth to complex change management projects, especially where cultural and operational shifts go hand in hand.

Background

Karina trained with PwC in Belfast and Hong Kong and has held senior leadership roles across the public, private, and voluntary sectors. She’s led large-scale financial operations, managed capital budgets in excess of £200m, and advised senior executives and boards on risk, governance, and investment priorities.

Alongside her finance career, Karina has worked as a corporate trainer and certified coach, specialising in workplace wellbeing, menopause strategy, and leadership development. She has delivered national programmes, advised HR teams, and supported hundreds of professionals through individual and organisational change.

Karina brings particular expertise in designing inclusive workplace strategies, building psychologically safe teams, and aligning wellbeing with business performance. At MOAT, she supports clients in embedding culture change, with a focus on strategic alignment, policy implementation, and people-led transformation.
